Dear Simcoe Star Families, It’s hard to believe that February is already coming to a close! This month has been filled with wonderful learning, positive energy, and so many moments that have made us proud of our students and staff.

Dear Simcoe Star Families, Cold weather is apparently here to stay for a while longer. Please remember to dress students warmly, and please let us know if anyone needs anything such as mittens, hat, etc. Some classes will be heading to Gould Lake on Wednesday, so full winter gear is a must.

Dear Simcoe Star Families, Welcome to February! This shorter month is still full of important moments at school. Report cards will be sent home later this month, offering a chance to celebrate growth and reflect on next steps together.

Dear Families, As January comes to a close, I want to acknowledge the dedication students and staff have demonstrated as we begin the new year. We have certainly faced challenging weather as winter has thrown the kitchen sink and dirty dishes at us this year, and it is not even the end of January!
